Silky Saw Outback Edition Replacement Blades ONLY

Offering blades ranging from the 170mm, 240mm curve or 360mm curve for the Silky Outback Edition Folding Saws, the Outback Edition blades are crafted from SK-4 carbon steel, featuring a highly durable nickel/tin blend blade coated and cut by laser. The teeth are designed with no set, formed inside the width of the blade. Enabling a cleaner, faster and easier cut.

Made with 4 razor-sharp cutting angles ('Mirai-Me'), these blades significantly reduce splintering and produce a very fine, smooth cut. This design damages fewer wood cells, allowing the tree to heal faster and reducing the risk of disease.

The impulse-hardened teeth are treated with high-frequency heat to make them extra strong. Only the teeth are hardened, so the blade stays flexible while the teeth last up to three times longer.

How to use a Silky Saw correctly:

Silky Saws cut on the pull stroke—never push or force the handle if it gets stuck.
To release a jammed blade, lift its weight gently instead of forcing it
Let the saw glide—no need for speed or strength while cutting.
Do not sharpen the Outback Edition with a hand file. Its impulse-hardened teeth (often dark grey) are not meant for manual sharpening.
