How will I know an item is in stock?

If you can add it to the cart, it’s in stock in our warehouse. Equally, if an item is not in stock, our website will show that the product is out of stock.

If an item isn’t in stock, can I place a backorder?

Normally, backorders aren't available. However, we provide a 'Back in Stock Notification' feature on each product detail page where you can sign up to be notified when an item is restocked. If you contact us directly, we can also provide an estimated restocking date.

What if I want a product which isn’t on your site?

While we might not have the product at the moment, we are continuously expanding our product range. If you can't find what you're looking for, please get in touch. Your request might influence our future product offerings.

Are your products tested?

Indeed, they are. Our team tests many of the products we stock, ensuring that we only offer items that we believe in and would use ourselves.

Where is your company located?

We are proudly Australian, operating out of our sizable warehouse in Forrestdale, Western Australia. We offer delivery across Australia and internationally.

Can I pick up from your WA warehouse?

Certainly, you can pick up your order directly from our WA warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. If you need to collect it at another time, please call us at (08) 6118 6369 to schedule a pick-up time so we can prepare your order.

Can I drop by and view products in your WA warehouse?

Our warehouse primarily serves as a storage facility without a formal shopfront. Nonetheless, we welcome customers to view specific items. For the best service, please call us at (08) 6118 6369 to arrange a visit and let us know which items you're interested in viewing.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free across mainland Australia for orders over $85, via Standard Australia Post, including tracking and required signature on delivery. For orders under $85, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart. Express Post is also available at an additional charge.

Can I request an Authority to Leave for my delivery?

By default, all deliveries require a signature for added security. If there is no one to receive the package, it will be redirected to your local post office for collection. If you prefer to have your package left without a signature, you can arrange this with Australia Post after you've received your tracking number. Please note that 'Authority to Leave' is at your own risk.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes across Australia.

Where do you deliver?

We offer Australia-wide delivery. International deliveries are also available. 

How long does delivery in Australia take?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times via Standard Australia Post typically range from 1-2 business days in WA to 5-7 business days for other regions in Australia. Please note these times are estimates and actual delivery may vary.

Is express freight available?

Yes, Australia Post Express delivery is available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed by Australia Post.

Can you deliver to international addresses?

We frequently ship orders overseas. We automatically support international delivery at checkout to selected countries. If your country is not automatically supported by our Export Checkout, we can still deliver it to you. Just contact us at for manual quotation for shipping.

If you can add the item in to your cart, the product is definitely in stock in our warehouse. Export orders at GST are supported with zero GST once you have correctly entered your overseas shipping address. The freight rate from Australia Post International Express then appears.

We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer as payment options.

Please note that international delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Do you sell knives which are illegal in other states?

To the best of our knowledge, we do not stock anything on the prohibited list of any state. However, it is your responsibility to know the rules and regulations in regards to controlled weapons to ensure you are not breaking the law of your relevant locality, state or territory.

I’ve changed my mind. Can I return my order?

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We recommend careful consideration before confirming your order.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully check your order(s) as soon as they arrive to ensure the following:

  • Correct as ordered
  • Not damaged in transit
  • Not faulty
  • Not missing any parts

If your order is incorrect, damaged, faulty, or missing parts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If authorised, we may accept returns for an exchange or refund, subject to certain conditions.

Please note the following important details:

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This also applies to incorrect clothing sizes, so please measure carefully before placing your order.
  • If an item you ordered and received is correct, not faulty, not missing parts, and not damaged in transit, authorised returns may be subject to handling and restocking fees, as well as the deduction of the original shipping cost from any refund.
  • You are responsible for the return postage, which should include tracking.

To initiate a return, please contact us at with:

  • The invoice or sales order number, and date of purchase
  • A detailed description of the problem or the reason for your request to return the Product
  • Photograph(s) of product that is damaged during transportation or faulty
  • Your name and contact details

If your return is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorisation Number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. Returning an item without a Return Authorisation Number may not be accepted.

Please note that we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before providing an exchange or refund. This assessment may result in the refusal of an exchange or refund.
