To thank you for your choosing and continually supporting us, we are excited to introduce Survival Supplies Australia's Loyalty Reward Program.

All you have to do is register for an account. Every time you make a web purchase while logged into your registered account, you earn points based on the price of products purchased (exclusing GST and shipping) and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.

Earn: 5 points with every AUD$1 spent.

Redeem: Redeem AUD$1 with every 125 points.

You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem, you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout.

Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Survival Supplies Australia Customer Account. From your account, you will be able to view your total points (and $AUD  equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

Reward points will expire after 1 year. Points will expire in the order form which they were first earned.

Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.

Terms and conditions (Correct as of 28/06/2024)

• You need to be registered for a Survival Supplies Australia account. 
• Earn and redeem points (only in Australian Dollars) from 1 July 2024.
• Applicable for web transactions on survivalsupplies.com.au only.
• GST and the cost of shipping do not count towards the accural of points. 
• Points have an expiry date - please check your account for information. However, we will notify you 30 days before the expiry of points.
• Reward points exchange rates may change at any time and without notice.
• Survival Supplies Australia reserves the right to cease, terminate, or modify the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Participation in the program is subject to the terms and conditions, which may be amended or modified at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, modification, or cessation of the Loyalty Rewards Program Survival Supplies Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage, including the loss of points, rewards, or benefits. No compensation will be provided to members in such circumstances. Members are encouraged to regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.
