1) What currency are the prices in?
All prices shown are in $AUD (Australian Dollar).
2) Will I be charged for GST?
For international orders shipped overseas, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not applicable, and therefore, you are not charged for it. GST is similar to VAT (Value Added Tax) or a Sales Tax in other countries.
When you proceed to checkout with an international shipping address, the GST will be automatically deducted from your order total (products and shipping).
Please note that certain products are classified as GST-free. These typically include some food or meal items where GST is not applied.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly offer international shipping to all main destinations worldwide, including the countries above.
5. What shipping carriers do you use for international orders?
We primarily use Australia Post International Express for international shipments. However, we are looking to increase our standard list of shipping carriers.
6. How long does it take to process and ship international orders?
Upon receiving your order, we generally ship within 2 working days. However, please note that international orders may require additional processing time due to customs clearance procedures, though this is rare to extend beyond an extra day. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 7-14 days.
7. What are the shipping costs for international orders?
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method. You can obtain an accurate shipping quote by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient at the destination end.
Listed prices include Australian tax (GST) this is deducted at the Checkout stage. To understand exactly what the cost of the item is, take the Listed $value on the item detail page and divide by 1.1
8. Can I track my international order?
Yes, all international orders are shipped with tracking services, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
9. Are there any restrictions on the types of items you can ship internationally?
While we strive to comply with international shipping regulations, certain items may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions depending on the destination country. It's essential to review your country's import regulations regarding bushcraft and survival items before placing an order. If you have any concerns or specific inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. In general, very large items and dangerous goods will not be shipped.

We accept a wide range of payment methods for international orders, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Afterpay and other secure payment gateways. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
11. Do you offer international returns and exchanges?
Yes, we offer a hassle-free international returns and exchange policy within 7-days of receiving your order for any items that are damaged or do not meet the core requirements of the product ordered as advertised by the manufacturer or our item detail page.
