New look, new domain name
Welcome to Survival Supplies Australia's new website!
Hope you're liking our new look. You would have also noticed that we've changed our domain and URL from survivalsuppliesaustralia.com.au to survivalsupplies.com.au.
Other than a fresh look and a new home on the internet, Survival Supplies Australia is still the same family run business.
Why the change?
Let's face it, survivalsupplies.com.au is a lot shorter and rolls off the tongue better!
We've also migrated to a newer platform to ensure we are able to deliver better shopping experiences and programs to you. Some new features you would have noticed are the improved filter and search functions to make browsing our huge range easier. International customers are now also able to checkout online.
Soon to come are additional payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as a loyalty rewards program.
What if I had an account?
If you had an old account with us, you would have received an email from us advising that saved wishlists, and historical transactions would not be available on the new platform. However, if you'd like a copy of your previous transactions and wishlists, please contact us at orders@survivalsupplies.com.au and we will email them to you separately.
Your contact details will still be carried across, and you will still have an account, however, you will need to "reset" your password.
To log into your new account:
- Go to My Account
- Enter your Email
- Click "Forgot Your Password"
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Once your password has been reset, you can log into your new account using your email and new password.
What if I had signed up for Back in Stock Notifications?
If you had signed up for a back in stock notification at the old website, you will still receive email notifications from us once the product is back in stock in our warehouse.
