Grayl GeoPRESS One-Way Drink Mix Valve - Clear

The Grayl GeoPress® One-Way Valve is a unique accessory that allows the infusion of electrolytes and sports drinks into purified water without compromising the filter's integrity. This Drink Mix Valve is designed to fit the newest Grayl GeoPress filter cartridge (available here). 

Replenish lost electrolytes as your drink-mix-ready GeoPress® makes it possible and easy to flavour up your filtered water. The Geopress features 6 duck bill valves that prevent beverage backflow through the cartridge while facilitating the smooth passage of filtered water into the Inner Press. The easy removal of the One-Way Valve ensures hassle-free maintenance between uses. 

For optimal care:

• Press the wet Cartridge into an empty Outer Cup to remove excess water, then air-dry for 2-4 days (depending on humidity).
• Clean and dry the One-Way Valve, then reassemble your GeoPress Bottle.
• The dishwasher-safe One-Way Valve simplifies cleaning.
• Regularly wash the valve to eliminate any residue or smell from powders or beverages.
• Hand wash with warm, soapy water or place the valve in the dishwasher.
• Avoid using soap or cleaning agents on the Cartridge.
• Valve ONLY; Bottle and Cartridge sold separately.

Please Note: this accessory is solely compatible with 2nd Generation cartridges introduced in April 2023, featuring an updated "core" and "flow channel" design with horizontal vents. Cartridges from the 1st Generation do not support the Drink-Mix Valve functionality.
