They are 3cm in diameter making them small enough to stick on remote controls, light switches, down dark hallways, but bright enough to enhance night time visibility on important objects. The GIDS are great indoors or outdoors, you can even nail them to fence posts, use them as trail markers, or even cave tracers. They come with adhesive mounting squares so you can stick them indoors, but make their locations more permanent by using glue, nails, etc.
