Condor CTK235-9HC Moonshiner Knife
The Condor Moonshiner Knife is 375mm (14 3/4") overall with a 228.6mm (9") German 1075 high carbon steel blade. It is heat treated and annealed to about 56 - 58 Rockwell hardness. The blade thickness is 5mm and the weight is 590g (1.3lbs). It is full tang and has a hardwood handle, made from the hard woods of Central America, similar to Hickory. The edge is hand finished and polished to razor sharpness.
It also has a smooth grip and is know for its durability. Includes a high quality, heavy duty handcrafted leather sheath with a swivelling belt loop that allows the tool to swing out of the way while moving through brush or the jungle. The tool can also be swung out of the way while riding in a truck or a car, thus not poking one in the side as a conventional knife sheath. Quality made in El Salvador.
