The Cojang Jungle Machete is a relatively large machete with an overall length of 702.5mm, designed by Joe Flowers. The design is based by the machetes that are used in Sumatra. When you look at the handle you can clearly see that the end was optimised to stay in your hand during the more demanding tasks. And it should when you look at such an impressive blade length.

The Cojang blade is made from 1075 carbon steel which is a strong steel that is easy to sharpen, and can also take quite a beating. 1075, however, is not completely stainless. As such you need to clean it regularly and add a drop of oil once in a while. The handle is made from walnut wood. This machete comes with a solid leather sheath with a belt loop.
