TOPS El Chappo Cleaver ECHA-02
Primarily made to cut meat, this cleaver can be used for heavier veggie chopping tasks. With a blade length of 152.4mm and a thickness of 4.8mm, this cleaver has the weight and capability to help you take care of whatever meat processing you may encounter. It is made of 1095 high carbon steel and has TOPS' new Sniper Grey finish. It comes with a Kydex sheath that is held in place with an elastic shock cord.
