Helko Werk Classic Nordic Splitter

The Helko Werk Nordic Splitter Axe (164.0H025H010) is a heavy-duty splitting axe designed for processing large, dense and difficult firewood.

Featuring a classic Scandinavian-style head and a straight 80cm Grade A American hickory handle, the Nordic Splitter is built to deliver the leverage, control and striking force needed for demanding splitting work.

Its substantial 2.5kg forged axe head has a narrow, sharp cutting edge designed to penetrate deeply and split even large or hard timber efficiently. The rear of the reinforced splitting head can also be used to drive wooden or plastic splitting wedges when extra assistance is required.

The axe head is forged from premium C50 carbon steel and mirror polished to help reduce friction during splitting while also improving corrosion resistance.
